Dave - After running a long campaign for this curry house to be visited I was disappointed by a very average meal. Worrying trend developing on the drinks front with at least two non-alcholic drinks ordered at the table! Once again my journey home left me with bad memories of the evening (I arrived home at 1:30am - 1 1/2 hours late as someone had thrown a shopping trolley onto the track).

John - Average but expensive curry house. Prawn puree acceptable but I wouldn't have the garlic chicken main course again - don't like burnt garlic. Staff friendly enough. My first curry consumed whilst being sober. I won't do that again!

Graeme - Cheesy peas? No, "motor pineer" - and quite nice too, although a bit rich. In spite of this being Griff's suggestion, I liked this place - nice open layout and friendly service - food was good but not exceptional. Neil will be interested to know that there was a missing urinal in the Gents - I wish I'd noticed sooner (fnarr, fnarr).

Mark - A round table suited the record turn-out to celebrate GRD's 6th Birthday. A fairly varied menu encouraged a selection of new dishes to try. Some of us probably now wish we hadn't! The only bad points were the worst lamb for a long time, full of fat and gristle, and a missing piss-pot. I hope they were not connected. Good sound system, dodgy tunes.

Brian - Liked the place - food all above average, service OK and a decent pint of Kingfisher, which I appreciated even more having refreshed my palate with some water first.

Alex - [None]

Robin - Pretty average apart from the prices. Very nice to see Alex, and well done John for the heroic effort - but get an A-Z!

Darryl - Lets all put our hands together for the delectable Griff ... Yet again we're led (is this an appropriate analogy) out of the Valley of the Curry to places unknown. But who's prepared to take the baton from him?? Where can I purchase a copy of that Indian saxophone musak?? Food average, venue average (come on we were in the basement), Food average, Price above average. Beware the cheesy peas; they're not the beesí knees...
